Graduate school requires defending a thesis. In my case, it also involved defending why I chose to use an artichoke to represent chronic pain. Chronic pain is something I’ve dealt with since 2016 . It caused a huge shift in the way I view social media, and while it was not an easy story to tell, I felt it was a necessary.

The experience of chronic pain is a difficult. However, it led me to the incredible world of podcasts. Watch below to see what I mean!
